- Prerequisite: You can read the Arabic script; no previous Arabic study needed.
- Four Skills: Reading, writing, listening and speaking in Modern Standard Arabic, practiced together at every level.
- Endpoint: Conversation, listening, reading and writing in Arabic, ending with an organized written composition.
Why Students Choose Kalamullah as Their Arabic Academy Online
Your teacher speaks Arabic in every lesson at a level you can follow, and closes each session with a short speaking or writing task to complete before the next one.
1. Teachers Qualified in Teaching Arabic
Every teacher assigned to this course has formal study in the Arabic language and experience teaching non-native speakers. Credentials are verified before assignment, so pronunciation, grammar, and usage are modeled correctly from the first session.
2. Speaking Arabic From the First Lesson
Many Arabic courses online focus on reading and grammar and leave speaking for later. Kalamullah's teachers use Arabic in every lesson from the start, gradually increasing it until sessions are conducted mostly in Arabic.
3. Live One-on-One Lessons at Your Level
Every Arabic lesson at Kalamullah is private, so the teacher adjusts the pace, topics, and difficulty to the student. Errors in pronunciation, grammar, or word choice are corrected in the moment, before they become habit.
4. Female Arabic Teachers for Sisters and Girls
Kalamullah provides qualified female Arabic teachers for students who prefer or require a same-gender teacher. The preference is selected at registration and honored from the trial session onward, with no change to scheduling or lesson content.
5. A Clear Path From Beginner to Advanced Arabic
Kalamullah's Arabic curriculum moves from foundations to grammar, conversation, and authentic texts in a fixed order. No level is skipped, and the teacher confirms each skill is applied correctly, not simply covered, before the student advances.

Each module builds directly on the previous one, giving students a clear path from their first Arabic sentences to reading, writing, and speaking with confidence.
1. Placement Assessment Across Four Skills:
The course opens with a short assessment of the student's reading, writing, listening, and speaking, together with any previous grammar study. The teacher uses this to place the student at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced level.
Students with some Arabic background move directly to later modules, while beginners start with foundations without skipping any essential step.
2. Foundations: Vocabulary, Pronunciation, and Simple Sentences:
Students learn core vocabulary for daily life, correct pronunciation of every letter, and how to build simple nominal and verbal sentences. Writing practice begins with short sentences about familiar topics.
By the end of this module, students introduce themselves, describe their day, and ask simple questions in Arabic.
3. Core Grammar Through Reading:
The teacher introduces the essential rules of Nahw and Sarf, including case endings, verb forms, and sentence structure, through short graded reading texts. Each rule is practiced in speaking and writing as well as reading.
Students learn grammar as a tool for understanding and expression, not as a list of memorized terms.
4. Conversation and Listening in Fusha:
Students practice extended conversation on everyday, cultural, and Islamic topics, and listen to spoken Modern Standard Arabic such as short lectures and news clips. The teacher guides discussion entirely in Arabic.
Listening comprehension and speaking fluency are reviewed across several topics before the student moves to the final module.
5. Authentic Texts and Written Composition:
The final module brings every skill together. Students read authentic Arabic texts, including selected ayat, hadith, and modern articles, then discuss and write about them in Arabic.
At the close of this module, students read, write, and speak Arabic independently, with the foundation to continue into Kalamullah’s Quranic Arabic or Tafseer courses.
What Students Achieve in the Arabic Language Course

They read aloud with correct pronunciation and natural rhythm.
Apply Core Grammar in Speech and Writing:
Students use correct case endings, verb forms, and sentence structure when speaking and writing.
They correct their own common errors without teacher prompting.
Understand Spoken Arabic:
Students follow short lectures and news clips in Modern Standard Arabic.
They summarize the main points in Arabic after listening.

Which Arabic Does the Course Teach?+
The course teaches Fusha in its modern form, Modern Standard Arabic, used in news, books and formal speech across the Arab world.
