2:45Parent Progress Review (Live)
Live one-to-one lesson example.
Every Kalamullah Quran teacher holds a recognized Tajweed certification, and many are Huffaz trained at Al-Azhar. Lessons are in clear English, and male and female tutors are available. Whether your goal is to read the Mushaf, improve your Tajweed, or memorize new surahs, your weekend lessons follow a clear plan built around your level.
6–9These Weekend Quran Classes are for students who can already recognize the Arabic letters and want steady, structured progress without adding pressure to busy weekdays. Depending on your level, the course covers fluent reading of the Mushaf, the core rules of Tajweed, and memorization of selected surahs, all taught live on your weekend days, with a short daily practice plan to keep what you learn fresh between lessons. Students whose main goal is memorizing the Quran can join our Part-Time Hifz program instead.
The course suits school-age children whose weekdays are taken up by homework and activities. It also suits working adults who can only give the Quran their full attention on days off. Because every lesson is one-to-one, the teacher uses each weekend session fully: reviewing last week's portion, correcting mistakes and moving you forward at the right pace.
Learning only on weekends works when every lesson counts. At Kalamullah, Weekend Quran Classes are taught by qualified tutors who plan each session carefully, so you revise, correct, and learn something new every time, and steady progress comes even from two days a week.
School, homework and work stay on weekdays, and the Quran gets its own calm time at the weekend. The whole family can keep a routine that lasts.
Your tutor knows your level, your mistakes and your goals, so each lesson picks up exactly where the last one ended. Nothing needs repeating.
Your teacher gives you small, manageable revision tasks for the weekdays, often just a few minutes a day. What you learn at the weekend stays fresh.
Sisters and young girls can learn with a female teacher, and brothers with a male teacher. Every family can choose what feels most comfortable.
Regular tests, quizzes and teacher updates show how the student is moving forward. Completing the course earns a Kalamullah certificate.

Book a free trialThe course follows five clear steps that turn your weekends into measurable progress. How long each step takes depends on your starting level and whether you study one weekend day or both.
Your free first lesson takes place on one of your weekend days, so you experience the real timing and rhythm before committing. Your teacher listens to you read and sets your starting point in reading, Tajweed, or memorization.
Based on the assessment, you are matched with a tutor, male or female as you prefer, and given a study plan for your level. Together you choose your lesson days and times.
You can study on Saturday only, Sunday only, or both, depending on how quickly you want to progress. [Confirm the available session lengths and weekend time slots with the academy]
Each lesson starts with a quick review of last week's portion, then moves on to new reading, Tajweed rules or memorization. The teacher shares the Mushaf on screen and follows every word you recite.
Mistakes are corrected on the spot, and each verse is repeated until it is right. That way every weekend session ends with something new learned correctly.
At the end of each lesson, your teacher sets a short practice task for the week, such as reading a page or revising a surah. It is designed to fit into a few minutes a day.
This light daily contact with the Quran keeps your recitation and memorization strong, so you arrive at next weekend's lesson ready to move forward.
Regular tests and quizzes confirm that each portion and rule is secure. Parents and adult students receive updates on what has been covered and how well it has been mastered.
When you complete the course and pass the final assessment, you receive your Kalamullah certificate. Your teacher then guides you towards the next level.
Every outcome below is checked live in a weekend lesson, with the portions and rules depending on your level and how many sessions you take.
You can read a full page of the Quran aloud at a steady pace, without breaking words into letters.
Your teacher confirms this on an unfamiliar page in your final assessment.
You can produce the letters English doesn’t have, such as ع, ح, ق, and ض, from their correct points of articulation.
Your teacher checks each one in isolation and inside real words.
You can apply the rules of Noon and Meem Sakinah, Madd, and heavy and light letters naturally as you recite.
Your teacher confirms this in continuous recitation of a full passage.
You can recite every surah in your study plan from memory, with correct Tajweed and without mistakes.
These surahs stay secure through weekly revision, so you can recite them confidently in your daily prayers.
You can follow your weekday practice plan on your own, revising your reading and memorization in short daily sessions.
This habit is what lets you learn steadily while your weekdays stay busy with school or work.
You can recite last weekend’s portion correctly at the start of each lesson, without needing it retaught.
Your teacher checks this at the opening of every session.
