By the end of this course, you will be able to explain what Muslims believe and why, make Wudu and pray Salah correctly, know the five pillars and what each one asks of you, use the everyday duas and manners of a Muslim, and tell the story of the Prophet ﷺ in your own words.
6–9The course focuses on the Islamic teachings for beginners that every Muslim needs first: the meaning of the Shahadah and Tawheed, the pillars of Iman, the five pillars of Islam, Taharah and Wudu, Salah step by step, the basics of fasting in Ramadan, everyday duas and Islamic manners, the basics of halal and haram, a short introduction to the life of the Prophet ﷺ, and what the Quran is and how it was revealed.
These Islam lessons for beginners are designed for children, adults, new Muslims, and anyone who wants to learn about Islam from the very beginning, with no previous knowledge required.
Starting to learn about Islam can feel overwhelming, with too much information and no clear place to begin. Kalamullah gives beginners one simple path, a patient teacher, and the freedom to ask anything.
Every teacher assigned to this course has formal study in Islamic sciences and experience teaching beginners. Credentials are verified before assignment.
Learning Islam for beginners works best when belief comes before details and worship comes before advanced topics. Kalamullah's curriculum follows that order, so each lesson makes sense of the next.
Every beginner lesson at Kalamullah is private, so no question is too basic. Students ask about belief, worship, or daily life and receive clear, gentle answers.
Kalamullah provides qualified female teachers for students who prefer or require a same-gender teacher. The preference is selected at registration and honored throughout the course.
Every topic connects to real life, from how to pray at work to what to say before eating. Beginners leave each lesson with something they can put into practice the same day.

For children, the teacher also agrees with parents on session length and how to support learning at home.
Students learn the meaning of the Shahadah, the concept of Tawheed, and the six pillars of Iman, each explained simply with its evidence.
By the end of this stage, students can explain what Muslims believe and why.

Students also learn the basics of fasting in Ramadan and the meaning of Zakah and Hajj.
Students learn everyday duas, Islamic manners, the basics of halal and haram, and how Islam guides family, work, and community life.
Each topic is linked to real situations, so students can apply it immediately.
