2:45Parent Progress Review (Live)
Live one-to-one lesson example.
The course starts with perfecting Al-Fatihah, then moves to the last ten Surahs of the Quran, from Al-Fil to An-Nas, followed by additional short Surahs such as Ad-Duha, Ash-Sharh, At-Tin, Al-Qadr, Az-Zalzalah and Al-‘Asr. Each Surah is memorized with correct pronunciation, introduced with its meaning in English, practiced as it is recited in Salah, and revised regularly.
This course is designed for young children, adults and new Muslims who want a solid set of Surahs for prayer rather than a full Hifz commitment. Students who read the Quran memorize from the Mushaf, while those who cannot yet read memorize by listening and repeating after the teacher.

This course is designed for young children, adults, and new Muslims who want a solid set of Surahs for prayer rather than a full Hifz commitment.
Students who read the Quran memorize from the Mushaf, while those who cannot yet read memorize by listening and repeating after the teacher.
Your teacher breaks each Surah into small parts, repeats patiently, and celebrates every Surah completed, closing each session with a short portion to practice before the next lesson.
Every teacher assigned to Kalamullah's short Surah memorization course has memorized the entire Quran and holds Tajweed certification. Credentials are verified before assignment, so every Surah is learned with correct pronunciation.
A short Surah memorized with a mistake stays that way in every prayer. Kalamullah's teachers correct each letter and vowel during short Quran Surahs memorization, before the Surah is fixed in memory.
Each Surah is introduced with a simple explanation of its meaning in English. Students understand what they recite, which helps concentration in prayer and makes memorization easier.
Kalamullah provides female Hafiz teachers for students who prefer or require a same-gender teacher. The preference is selected at registration and honored throughout the course.
Unlike a full Hifz program, this course has a focused list of Surahs with a clear finish line. Each completed Surah is a visible milestone, especially motivating for children and new Muslims.

Book a free trialEach stage builds on the previous one, taking students from Al-Fatihah to a confident set of Surahs for every prayer.
The course opens with a short check of the student's reading and any Surahs already known. The teacher corrects existing mistakes and agrees on a personal list of Surahs to memorize.
Students who cannot yet read are set up to memorize by listening and repeating, with reading introduced alongside where appropriate.
Every student begins with Al-Fatihah, reciting it letter by letter until every sound and vowel is correct, and learning the meaning of each ayah.
By the end of this stage, students recite Al-Fatihah correctly in every prayer.
Students memorize the ten Surahs from Al-Fil to An-Nas, one at a time, starting with the shortest. Each Surah is revised in every session after it is learned.
These Surahs give students a complete set for daily Salah early in the course.
Students continue with further short Surahs, such as Ad-Duha, Ash-Sharh, At-Tin, Al-Qadr, Az-Zalzalah, and Al-'Asr, according to their personal list and pace.
The teacher keeps earlier Surahs in revision so the whole list remains strong.
The final stage brings everything together. Students practice reciting their Surahs in the order of prayer and complete a final recitation of their full list from memory.
At the close of this stage, students recite their Surahs confidently in Salah and can continue into Kalamullah's Juz Amma course.
Every outcome below is something the student can demonstrate to their Kalamullah teacher by the end of the course, not simply a Surah that was covered.

This is assessed in live recitation at the start and end of the course.
